We will process your application and inform you of your approval and commencement date. Applications are normally processed within 5 working days but can take longer in busy periods.

This agreement is between ("the installer") and Connectix Cabling Systems.

CCS agrees to issue a warranty certificate for all installations carried out by the installer, using CCS products in accordance with the ‘Connectix Cabling System Warranty Procedures Manual’ and subject to the ‘CCS Warranty - Terms and Conditions’ and the following conditions:

  1. All links are fully tested by the installer in accordance with the Connectix Cabling System Test Criteria and full results are issued to CCS.
  2. The installer accepts full responsibility for the workmanship of the installation and any subsequent failures, attributable to poor installation practices.
  3. The installer accepts responsibility for ascertaining the nature of any fault, and carrying out any remedial work.
  4. CCS reserve the right to inspect any installation being carried out by the installer, having given the installer prior notice.
  5. CCS reserve the right to cancel this agreement in writing at any time.
  6. No warranty is valid until the payment due for the products supplied under the warranty have been made in full to CCS by the installer.
