Available with either 512 GB or 2 TB total capacity the TS5210DF is designed for use in vibration-prone sites such as vehicles and ideal for server backups, video editing



or other scenarios demanding blazing transfer speeds.

The 2-bay TS5210DF takes a special position within the TS5010 series as it is equipped with SSDs and therefore highly shock-/vibration-proof and extremely fast.

VMware certified



With this device, you can receive assistance from VMware with an ESX problem if one occurs since this NAS device is VM certified. This NAS device is on VMware’s hardware compatibility list which ensures that while using this NAS device as storage for an ESXi server, users will not be precluded from getting support from VMware.



Increased User Group



TeraStation 5010DF NAS devices pull from an Active Directory allowing it to be targeted to businesses with up to 10,000 domain users and groups.



Rsync Feature



Users can back up the TeraStation to their existing rsync-compatible non-Buffalo device. This feature also allows backup for existing rsync-compatible non-Buffalo NAS devices to the TeraStation NAS.



Hot Swap function for added data security



With Hot Swap functionality, even if a drive fails, the TeraStation™ 5210 will automatically power down the faulty drive to allow its safe removal and replacement without interrupting work or causing any data loss.



Cloud-ready!



Buffalo's TeraStation 5010 series comes with B-Sync enabling users to seamlessly manage files and backups between your TeraStation and Dropbox. Buffalo NAS also work with Amazon S3 Cloud services.
